Thank you Jennifer for your exceptional customer service. I had purchased a veil that required alterations. 4 weeks later when I was to pick up the veil, I was shocked to find out that it was not fixed at all, and the alteration staff were quite rude towards me as I expressed my disappointment. I came in to try wedding dresses and the whole experience was so lovely. Summer was assigned to help me and she was so helpful and gave me great advice and suggestions on accessories and fitment. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I could tell she truly cared that I find what I love, it felt like I had a sister helping me out, it was a lovely experience.
