No really happy right now. My dress came in a month early so I'm told I must pick it up and they give it to me in a plastic bag. I would expect when you spend good money they give you a garment bag. Wasn't even offered a nicer bag. I would have even paid for it. Not really happy this is what my dress will be kept in for almost 2 months before I do the fitting for alterations. Mediocre at best. The lady who greeted up was not nice. Showed up 15 min early to an appointment. She was short told us to look around until our appointment time. Appointment time comes still took 10 min to get us a change room. None of the rooms have mirrors. They asked a bunch of questions about what I wanted. Didn’t really matter that they asked as they didn’t really listen. They kept bringing me over size dresses. Clips for fitting dress properly kept popping off. I am located in Hamilton, On. I decided to book an appointment at the Cambridge location because i heard they have a great selection and good service. I was blown away with the great service of staff, our stylist was amazing and very helpful with recommendations, ideas and more. We were there for my 3 bridesmaids who were trying to find their perfect dress and they did just that. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!!!

Not impressed at all by our visit today. I went with my sister to David's to look at bridesmaid dresses for myself for her upcoming wedding. We were greeted, introduced to our consultant, and told to go over and look at the pretty small selection of dresses they had in stock for bridesmaids. The dresses are not sorted by size so we had to look through almost every dress to see what was available in sizing. Our consultant also disappeared on us. I loved the experience at David’s Bridal Cambridge while looking for my wedding dress. Faheema is a phenomenal stylist. Who is kind, gracious, and incredibly helpful. We cannot say enough great things about her. Our whole family loved the experience with her! Keep her around, she’s stellar!!
