Was there today after having a bad experience last week, helping a friend find her wedding dress. All I can say is it was a totally different experience the sales lady jessy was great!! I was hesitant about going to this particular David's Bridal store because of some negative comments I read on their Facebook. When I got there I was greeted with cheerful smiles. My consultant Noelia was amazing ,knows her job and loves what she does. I work in the hospitality business and we have high standards on what giving excellent customer service is about.
