I went to find my wedding dress today at the Charleston WV location and have to say that I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Brooksanna was my stylist today. She was very personable, professional, efficient, and helpful. She was extremely kind and helpful, making looking for dresses and trying on dresses to find the perfect one a great experience. My dress (purchased from David's Bridal) was one of my favorite things about my wedding. It was more than I could ask/hope for!!

I loved my dress, but the staff were sometimes less than helpful. Overall I would recommend that anyone looking for a dress look here first to get an idea of what style dress you are looking for due to their LARGE selection. Their alterations department was AWESOME and helped me out in a pinch less than a week before the wedding date. Bridal consultants left something to be desired, but I think it is just the luck of the draw.
I loved the dress I purchased from David's Bridal, but the consultant that was working with me was not very friendly or nice. She seemed as if she just wanted to get rid of me. She did not want to get any of the dresses that I wanted to try on. She said I was too small for them and I told her I knew what dress I wanted and had a friend go get it and that was the one I ended up purchasing and loving on my wedding day..
Got the dress on sale, and was a very good deal. They were helpful and friendly.
