I've been to 2 stores in two days, and I was impressed with the Chattanooga store! The selection was so much better, and my sales associate, LeAndra was amazing and patient! I found my dress, and was able to walk out with it!
I had been to a couple other bridal stores and already had a dress in mind from another bridal store. Deb was just such a nice attendant, making sure everything was clipped so the dress would fit, giving her feedback, and being so enthusiastic. I loved working with her!

Today I met Deb and she is FABULOUS! She made me feel so comfortable during a somewhat uncomfortable time. She encouraged me, and was fully present and engaged with me and my family the entire time. I highly recommend her! <3
Cora helped me and was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She was very very nice and willing to help me get in and out of dresses;after trying on the first few she immediately knew what my style was. Cora helped me say Yes to the Dress!! I highly recommend her
Y’all they are seriously the best! I have never had a better experience or customer service! Laverne was my consultant and I highly recommend anyone to ask for her when you go in! She will devote herself completely to you and help you find the best dress out there!
We had a bridal experience years ago that did not go very well. We were a bit anxious this time... but deb holt came in and immediately we knew this was going to be a great experience! She was warm and caring, energetic and supportive. Excellent job Deb.
