I had a wonderful experience from the day I chose my wedding dress to my recent alterations appointment. Everyone was friendly and patient with me. At my alterations appointment the lady who helped me was talkative and hilarious so it helped me forget that I chose uncomfortably high shoes to wear for my wedding day. I had the pleasure of meeting Deb today, and I wanted to take her home with me! She made the whole experience so much fun and was so helpful with the whole process. She was sweet and lighthearted and I had so much fun laughing with her this morning! I was so pleased with the service and I love love love the dress I bought. Carmen is the best!!!!! She saved my wedding day. She found 8 bridesmaids dresses scattered all over the US that had been discontinued and had them delivered within 7 days! We stopped in to try a few on a Saturday and I knew she would be busy but she still accommodated us perfectly and was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much! Everything was beautiful!
