The Franklin location has been horrific every time I step foot inside! I have been in a few times, once to look at wedding dresses, once to see the colors of bridesmaids dresses in person and buy swatches, and the last straw was when my maid of honor and I stopped in to try on dresses. The woman at the front was rude, told us there was no way she could help us without an appointment (which was on us but we didn’t assume it would be busy on a Monday!) and told us we could look around. Ellise at the Franklin, TN location was my consultant. WORST experience ever. I had already purchased a dress from David’s Bridal at another location, but was having second thoughts, so I decided to come to this location to try on gowns, just to make sure my dress was THE ONE, my consultant made me feel like a burden. She did not listen to any of my requests, when it came to what I was looking for. I almost never leave a poor review for a business, but I am making an exception for David's Bridal. We purchased flower girl dresses from them for my son's wedding, and the dresses needed alterations to fit my girls. A few days before our alterations appointment, I received a voicemail stating that they were closing the business due to Covid and would call and let me know when they were reopening and when I could reschedule.
