Experience was okay. They weren't very helpful, communication between workers wasn't great, and they were so busy that service was lacking. But have some pretty dresses

David's Bridal was great in helping me with the selection of my dress. However I did my alterations there and was shocked by the cost. For a hem, bustle, and taking in the sides, it was a little over $500, half the price of the dress. I would not have needed this much alterations if they had not convinced me to purchase a dress two sizes bigger than I measured. Buy here, but buy your size and beware additional costs.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from this location in January and had a decent experience. I cam back in this week to get the shoulders of my dress taken up, but I did not need any other alterations done. When I arrived, a foreign woman (Russian perhaps?) came to help me. I made an appointment the week before and when I arrived they didn't seem to have it on file, but they were able to fit me in. Davids bridal was such a huge help! Their team of expert stylists helped me find my dream dress! I was amazed, I went in looking for a ball gown, and came out with a mermaid style dress! I highly recommend Davids Bridal, and their excellent staff!

I had a great experience at this David's Bridal store when i went dress shopping. I arrived 25 minutes prior to my appointment and they arranged for me to be seen by one of the sellers in the spot. I was assisted by Katie, an employee that also went through the dress shopping process a few months back and is getting married soon. She was super helpful and listened to what i was asking for.
