I booked my appointment online from Brazil and hoped for the best and that was what I got! When we got to the shop at Coral Gables, Miami - I went with my mum, dad, sister, brother and sis-in-law - the house staff welcomed us very nicely and let me try as many dresses as I saw fit. Got my dress altered on rush notice. The team did an awesome job in choosing and altering to my size. Customer service was good but I feel like their could be more choices to choose from other than 3 racks. It took me a while to find something that I liked. Thanks to the team at David's Bridal 😊
