I booked my appointment online from Brazil and hoped for the best and that was what I got! When we got to the shop at Coral Gables, Miami - I went with my mum, dad, sister, brother and sis-in-law - the house staff welcomed us very nicely and let me try as many dresses as I saw fit. Even let me try on one that had already been sold, and it happened to be my dream dress! My consultant Alma was very thoughtful, happy, enthusiastic and knew exactly what was the right style for me! My consultant was Jaene. She was very nice and attentive. They have many styles and in various price ranges.
The alternations were perfect. The dress looks like it was custom made for me.
Got my dress altered on rush notice. The team did an awesome job in choosing and altering to my size. Customer service was good but I feel like their could be more choices to choose from other than 3 racks. It took me a while to find something that I liked. Thanks to the team at David's Bridal 😊
