I had an Awesome experience at this Store! Every person I dealt with was amazing. My personal consultant was Christa and she went above and beyond to not only get me what I needed but to make sure I was genuinely happy!! I would recommend her and this store over and over !!
I just went in for my alterations appointment. Amanda was so nice and so funny. I really enjoyed her working with me and helping me. When I go back for my final fitting, I hope I have her again as my consultant. She was wonderful!
I knew what kind of dress I wanted they had it , i got went back for my fitting and the young lady that helped me was so awesome thank you

I had a average experience my first time when I picked my wedding gown but when I came back to try the dress on when it came in I had the best experience with Catherine! She was great with helping me accessorize my veil and jewelry! Will be requesting Catherine when I come back with my bridal party for bridesmaid dresses!
I wanted to give a big thank you and shout out to Tamika for helping myself and my bridesmaids find bridesmaid dresses after House of Brides in Orland Park, Il failed to deliver my dresses on time for my wedding this Saturday. Also to the receptionist I talked to to schedule an emergency appointment was so compassionate and welcoming.
