David’s Bridal was excellent! I originally got a dress that came in too small. When I called, the Manger Janet told me to come in and they would exchange it for another size with no problem. When I went in I found out it couldn’t be altered the way I had invisioned as I liked the style of a different dress I had previously tried on. I purchased my wedding dress on July 7!! Honestly, I was terrified and anxious walking into this appointment. The amazing woman who took care of us today was Kate and she completely made my family and me feel right at home. She took my fears and wiped them away and made me feel very peaceful. Jamoun Kelley was such an awesome stylist and operations manager! She was fun and inviting. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I went intending just to try things on and find out my size and ended up purchasing a dress! THE dress! I tried on my dream dresses and wa surprised they didn’t do it for me. I walked in David’s Bridal today after a terrible experience at Bridal Elegance. I did not have an appointment, but received outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I was very pleased with the selection of plus sized dresses in store. Kelly was nothing short of amazing and I left having purchased the perfect dress for my big day!
We had a great experience both times. My daughters wedding dress appt and our bridesmaid/mother of the bride appt. Very happy with customer service both times. Everyone has been helpful and very attentive.
