I went in for my alterations appointment yesterday and let me tell you!! The lady who helped me was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and it was quick and easy! I very much enjoyed talking with her and watching her work on my dress. Definitely had a great experience.
Yesterday I had a wonderful experience getting my dream dress for my wedding! I think I tried at least 12 on LoL. But I found the perfect one , I would like to thank Mary for all the help , she was great ! She was funny, not pushy , and very sweet

Im getting Married this Wednesday and went to try my dress on last Friday and found it was too big due to me losing some inches. In a panic I visited the store #68 in North Olmsted Ohio, I wasn’t crazy about the person up front but I later called and talked with alterations. Hannah who I spoke to on the phone, Rachel who redid my fitting, and the manager Suhad who worked to fit me into their busy schedule are true unsung heroines. Maryann was amazing! She made my appointment so much fun, the process was not stressful at all! I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want and she was very helpful when it came to picking out my dress. I brought a larger crew with me and she was so kind to accommodate us and she remembered everyone's names! She really made my appointment memorable, enjoyable and stress free!

I recently had a great experience at the DB Totowa location. It was my first wedding dress appointment and I had no idea what I was looking for. Janet was my consultant and she was SO helpful! She helped me choose a few to try on, helped me in and out of them and was honest in her opinions in what works for me and what didn’t. I didn’t plan on it but at the end of my appointment I said yes to the dress!
I went in from the time I walked in to the time I left I never felt like I was a burdened . I fell in love with two dresses . I went home to think about it . A few days later went back in to get the dress I picked . Cassie was amazing . Thank you so much
