I had Michele and she picked out the perfect wedding dress for me! I am so excited! She was extremely pleasant to work with and made my experience fantastic! I definitely want her to help me again if I come back for any future formal events.
There are no words to express the gratitude I have for these ladies Kathy and Lisa. My daughters dream dress seemed like a million miles away. Due to some circumstances beyond my control I was not going to be able to get the dress as planned. After days of this ole mom crying like a baby and with help from my sister and niece helped make it possible. For my first time trying on dresses, my consultant did an awesome job! She gave us ample time to sift through some dresses I’d like to try on and promptly brought each one. I did like that my mom was allowed to assist me to put on the dresses rather than a stranger I just met. She was very kind and listened to my thoughts on each dress. In the allotted time I was able to try on 6 dresses and a couple of them more than once to see if I still liked the first ones I tried on. She also brought a belt and different veils.
My first appointment was with Nora and she was wonderful. She was very patient and took a great deal of time with me. After going to other stores I decided to go with David's and when I returned Nora remembered me and the dress I was thinking of purchasing. I have had 2 alteration appointments and Oli, the alterations manager, and her staff have been great! She is very knowledgeable and great to deal with.
The alterations team did such an amazing job on my wedding dress !
Great store and service, found the perfect dress and Shelley was awesome!
I had a great experience! The only issue I had was they didn't have one of the bridesmaids dresses there that I wanted to try on. But the staff was kind and helpful!
