I had a Saturday appointment and arrived about 45 minutes early. I was thinking that I was going to have to wait but they took me in after about ten minutes of picking out what dresses I liked. My dress consultant was Taylor. I immediately liked her. She listened to what I had to say of what style I wanted. I also asked her advice of what she thought would look good on me. Thank you Osanna for helping me pick out the perfect dress! Had a hard time deciding between my two favorites but she was super sweet and patient in helping me decide. This was my second trip to a David's Bridal and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a dress but did it all within an hour! Super happy and it arrived earlier than expected. Kara from alteration was also super nice and can't wait to pick it up this Friday!
Had a dress issue, the bride's home store ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it till a few weeks before the wedding due the gown was shipped to Iowa. The staff went above and beyond and assured the bride that all will be good.
I worked with Wilma @ the David's Bridal in Westwood, MA and she was amazing. She was patient and attentive, creative and comforting, the whole time making me feel beautiful even in dresses I didn't like. And then finally we found one that I loved. I went in the other day woth my moms wedding dress, they told me they haven’t seen many women coming in with their moms dresses, they kept calling it vintage. The girls were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful! And I cannot wait to continue with them!
