The manager of alterations Denise Velhasco has turned my tears into happy tears. I had an issue with my dress and she helped turn the dress into my dream dress to accommodate me being a plus size woman. Her patience, expertise and knowledge of David's Bridal Dresses was phenomenal.

So I walked in completely undecided on a dress and didn’t even know the style I was going for! And I will be honest, I walked in having doubts about this location because a friend of mine didn’t have the best experience.. BUT I had an amazing experience! I went in wanting something plain and simple! I’m not a dressy kind of girl! The lady who was helping me was awesome I explained I wanted something simple the second dress was the one! I tried on 4-5 dresses and I was done! She was very helpful :) she didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush she also helped me stay in my budget but giving me what I wanted :) overall I had a blast and was wanting my time to last longer lol.
Today was my first time going to look for a dress. I went to the location in Aurora,IL. My bridal consultant made my experience amazing. Thank you Christina for your excellent knowledge and for being just a super amazing person. You are absolutely the best and I look forward to working with you for my brides maiden and flower girls needs as well.
