I think the employees are wonderful and very helpful! Especially the manager Dawn! She is a true asset to the company. Not only did she ensure I had the most beautiful dress but she also with the assistant with ensuring my bridesmaids were cared for! Love the location, great service and great people!
Had a great experience finding my dress and also for my fitting. Can't wait to see my dress once alterations are completed. Very friendly and helpful in Grand Chute.
My experience today went pleasantly well. Charity was very personable, sweet, in tuned to my needs & was quick with ideas. She was helpful & not pushy. You can tell she is passionate & takes pride in what she does to make a bride have a successful visit. Though I wasn't ready to purchase my dress today, my overall experience will definitely have me return in September (God willing) to make my purchase with Charity's guidance. Thank you!
RecommendedMy daughter's bridesmaid dress was too small. I called David's and they were great. They told me to just bring in the dress and they ordered a new dress right away and we did not have to pay anything. They were very friendly and helpful.
Had a great experience finding bridesmaid dresses and my sisters wedding dress! The staff was great and the store is beautiful, clean and updated! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rooms are all on top of one another. I understand this is to service more people but it takes away from the special moment a bit. Otherwise a great experience and I’d recommend to others!

We had Alana and she was so amazing, helped all of my bridesmaids, maid of honor and mother find their dresses. She was very patient with us, and ended up finding the dress we ended up going with. She was so helpful, and had great customer service skills. We really enjoyed our appointment thanks to her. It was an amazing experience, thank you.

Brooksanna learned quickly what I wanted in a wedding dress, and suggested alternatives while managing to stay within my budget. The dress I left with was NOT the dress I had envisioned, but it was perfect for me!
I went in to David’s Bridal yesterday fully expecting to just get some ideas. I knew what I wanted and hadn’t had much luck finding it. I’d also had the worst eyebrow waxing experience ever 5 minutes before and was feeling my ugliest and most definitely not like a bride.
