Rachael was so sweet and just all around knew how to read someone, very genuine!
Hannah was wonderful! She had suggestions I would have never thought of and she made me feel important. She was getting ready to leave for the day but ended up staying to help me and I couldn't imagine anyone else assisting. If you are looking in the Tacoma shop please ask for Hannah. You wont regret it!

Over the phone, Hannah worked with me to find and get my sister's bridesmaids dresses in time for her wedding (estimated shipping date to my home was past the wedding date, kind of a freakout moment). Even though we had to play a bit of phone tag, she was great at calling me back at her earliest convenience, very nice and pleasant. Plus she had a great accent! :D

This store took a 56 year-old woman and turned her into a beautiful bride. Terri was completely amazing, Debbie is one of the most understanding people I have ever met. Mamie in alterations had the most gifted hands I have ever seen in her craft and the patience of a saint!! I wish I could give this store 10 �'s!!! They ALL deserve it!!! I LOVE THESE LADIES!! They made me feel so wonderful and welcome from start to finish. I MORE than recommend this store. If you go anywhere else, you're missing out!!!
