As promised I told Basma in alterations I would give her a shout out from FB on the quick and thorough alteration on my wedding dress at David's Bridal! She was very patient with me. Honestly between Lisa and Basma, they are the only reason I decided to stay at David's Bridal. David's Bridal had the options and availability that made it easy for me to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. Once the dress was picked and ordered and I got to try it on, very few alterations were needed and Hanaa did a fantastic job with the hemming and tacking on of a few items. She is quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
I can't say enough about our excellent service and about Aimee Eanes. The bride was very anxious about many things last Saturday including missing her mom and a very tight budget. Aimee understood my friends anxiety and handled the situation very professionally. My friend ended up with a georgous vintage gown for $200 which was her budget. Aimee turned a difficult situation into a successful fun experience...thank you so much for your help.....Peggy
Had a wonderful experience! Mikayla was soo good at knowing what size and style would work best for me. I had no clue! The staff is caring and patient. They helped me face time my Mom since my Dad was in the hospital in Cleveland. I cant say enough about good they were with me!
Meh. Had an idea, tried on some I had seen online, but wasn’t offered any other choices. Assistant was nice, felt the love, manager was perfunctory.
