We had a good experience. However, there were so many people in the store it was really hard to get that personalized attention.

Just Perfect, greeted by the manager upon arrival (did not know she was the manager until before leaving). Roberta was Great, she was there for me through each step. She offered all her assistance. She found my dress in my size, it fit like a glove...super excited for my Fiance to see me in my dress. It was a perfect experience and Roberta made it special for me. Thank you so much. It was nice having so many of the employees come ask if we needed help finding a certain size or style, especially since it was such a busy day when we stopped in. We got a dressing room right away and we found a prom dress that my daughter loved. Thank you!
The alterations were completed and I had my final fitting today - my dress is everything I hoped it would be!!
Had a good overall experience having alterations done on a dress that I purchased online from David’s Bridal. Making the appointment was a little difficult but everything else was smooth sailing. I just picked up my dress and it fits perfectly!
Lewis D at the chicago store off elston was such a delight to work with. Everyone at the store had a great attitude. The dress gods were on my side and with mt exact shade I needed for my dress I was able to find a dress, in store, to try on and was on sale!
