From the moment I walked in they were catering to me, taking care of my dress, and making me feel beautiful. Agadha, the seamstress was awesome getting my dress prepped for alteration and Melissa is a small miracle worker tracking down the shoes I wanted in my size. I highly recommend them.
Love the fact that flower girls are treated with the same attention and care as the rest of the bridal party when looking for that perfect (flower girl) dress!
I went into David's Bridal fully with the intent that I was only there to satisfy my mum and entourage's desire to see me dress shopping. I had a plan to purchase something online the moment the appointment was done. However, my plan happily went down the drain with the help of Soroya! My daughter and I went in to window shop for a formal and while they were very busy, they still made sure we were never stranded and had all Of our questions answered. The alterations were finished before schedule and the second alteration was completed overnight. They were exceptional and we could not be happier.
Had a rush order for alterations on my daughter’s debutante ball gown and Carol did a fabulous job in a short time! All the ladies were super sweet! Thanks so much Carol for easing this mama’s mind!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent experience at the shop in Westwood. The staff were wonderful. The asked what I was looking for and brought me the perfect dress. Called when dress arrived and asked when I would be able to come in for my alterations. We found a time that worked with my schedule. The alterations dept made some suggestion and brought me shoes and a handbag that was perfect. I purchased them immediately. I would recommend them to all my friends.
