Im super excited to write my review! I took my bridal party to the Riverside location and it was hands down the worst experience ever! But i decided to give David’s Bridal a second chance and went to my local store in Murrieta. I was absolutely shocked what a difference experience i had. I love David's Bridal they did my wedding dress in the Yonkers NY store wonderful experience. When I moved to Middletown NY I received the same attention and care with three other dresses I have purchased. The alterations department are excellent and are very prideful with their work. They work very hard on their hands and knees making sure we all look eventful. People should give them more credit and respect for altering our dresses. I had a great time at my appointment today. Alicia, my stylist, was friendly, knowledgable, honest and helpful. I was really pleased to have a pleasant experience and now just need to make a decision between 3 great dresses!
