I was at David's Bridal in Langley on Saturday and my stylist was Katerina. I couldn't give a 5 star review, but not through anything that Katerina did. She was great, in fact, so 5 stars to her. The main issue I found was that I was only about to try one dress on that was actually in my size - they were all either WAY too big or WAY too small. I also found that only 1 of my pre-selected 'favourites' was available to try on. That dress was so worn out it was going fluffy at the bottom, and kind of sat a bit like a sack.... read more

I believe my stylests (sp?) Name was ally or anny she was perfect! My mom and walked through for a good hour looking at dresses so we had quite a few picked out but one we missed ally/anny found and she was always asking "do u see yourself walking down the isle in this?" "Does it make you feel beautiful?" So I said yes and rung the bell! The dress is the one thing us girls stress about and in her hands I felt so relieved!

I went to DB on 4/13 and I had an amazing experience. We got there around 10am for a walk-in appointment. My mom had made an 9hr drive from NC last minute to go wedding dress shopping. So I never had the time to make an appointment. The lady that welcomed us was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. She told us that our appointment would be at 12. David's Bridal has always been wonderful in accommodating everything this past year and in planning for this next year. I had my sister's wedding last September. Mine is next month (eek!), and I have two other friends in which I am a bridesmaid within the next year. Yesterday I was in the store and Bethany was our associate for my friend's bridal gown appointment and then she switched gears and was able to help the 5 bridesmaids with their appointment. She did an awesome job helping all of us.

The is a very busy store but the workers are friendly, patient, and attentive. China is wonderful! We were shopping towards the end of the day but she didn’t hesitate to bring new dresses for my daughter to try and talk to her about what she liked-so professional and an asset to David’s Bridal. On our second trip for the dress fitting, we also had help from Michelle who again was friendly and helpful despite how busy they were. I said yes to the dress!!! I found my dress on 4-21-18. Genieve was amazing! She was extremely helpful and made my experience a memorable one. Not once did I feel overwhelmed which is something I was expecting to happen to me. She was attentive and listened to everything that I did and didn’t want in a dress.
