I went to purchase my friend's wedding gown. Overall Service was beyond expectation. Alteration dept was very efficient too.

I had a great experience mainly due to the gal who took care of me, Lauren. She was super patient and kind but also very professional and had good suggestions. The prices were affordable, great sales on the accessories and also beautiful dresses. Checkout was a little dicey because they seemed to be irritated that Mom was paying with a check. And I thought the dresses cold have been better organized...number system didn’t make sense, but I’m sure there’s a reason. All in all I was very pleased.
