The young lady (Cherrelle) that helped us was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty. My sister tried 7 dresses and all of a sudden she said I have one more that I wish you would try and when my sister saw it, she fell in love with it. MY SISTER SAID YES TO THE DRESS!

First time prom dress shopping for my daughter's junior prom our consultant Sam was excellent but I felt like we were overwhelmed because she' kept having to run back and forth in between my daughter and 4 others I think u should have a smaller limit on how many Customers your consultants have to take care of during appointments so they can spend more time helping than running needless to say in the end she got her perfect dress and Sam did a great job making sure everything about the dress was perfect before we left the sto... read more

Shopping for dresses is honestly such a hassle for me!! But thanks to Patsy she helped me find everything I needed! She was extremely friendly despite my hard-to-deal with self and pickiness! Very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend booking with her!

I told my stylist lauren what I thought I wanted and what I liked and she found me some really beautiful dresses and some that I didn’t even realize I would like! I found a dress I absolutely loved but did not say yes to the dress but my experience was very good.

I had the appointment for my maid of honor and one bridesmaid. It helps to look on their website and Check out the different styles and save as your favorites. Make sure the dresses are available in the store and that your color scheme is available. I am new to using a bridal store in this set up and it can be overwhelming.
