I recently had an appointment on March 26 with Camila, and this visit exceeded all my expectations of what should happen at an appointment. I had been at a David's Bridal in Scarborough a month before and my experience was terrible!! But at the London Ont. location, my stylist Camila took very good care of me, she took the time to explain each step as it happened, and asked a lot of great questions, and in general treated me with respect and care, completely opposite of what happened in Scarborough! I had gone to our Miami store to try on dresses and narrow down the search, but since most of my family is in Chicago I wanted to have them there for the final decision. Kristen was amazing in helping me have fun and try some new silhouettes and she was incredibly patient as not only I tried on dresses but also my mom and bridesmaid and personal attendant. Ten days before her wedding my granddaughter found out that the dress she had custom made somewhere else did not fit.😢 We made an appointment with David's Bridal seven days before her wedding and the attendants helped her find a dress that fit her perfect, also she liked it better than the first one we had bought. The price was reasonable, too. She is one excited and blessed young lady. 👏Thank you
