I made an appointment a few weeks in advance and when I walked in someone immediately came over to help me. They got me checked in, told me I could go on and look around and someone would be right with me. A few minutes later Alisha Justice came over and told me she would be assisting me that day. I worked with Alyssa at the Ft Myers FL store who was WONDERFUL and had the patience of a saint! Looking for a dress that didn't make me look like a Grandma but not like the Bridesmaids was quite a trick - especially throwing in so many colors I could not choose. We found a gown that looks amazing on me - I am very pleased. I would recommend anyone to visit this location. Everyone on the shop was pleasant and helpful.

I made an appointment for my daughter to look at prom dresses. We did find one she loved. The only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is because of our consultant. She was very nice but when the appointment start all she did was show us where the racks were and left to help another customer. I can get that kind of service anywhere, I don't see making an appointment just to be left to find a dress by ourselves.

I went to David’s Bridal this weekend with my mom to get an idea on dresses I liked. I worked with Lee and he was fabulous! I found my dream dress after trying on only 3 dresses! I immediately knew it was the one! Lee was so helpful in finding dresses like. The one I loved on the website and I was absolutely blown away with how great the experience was! Had a really nice consultant Kendra. Who while she was busy helping a couple of people still made sure I got the help I needed and found me the perfect accessories for my dress. I got the dress I really wanted!
