I had a small dress hicup & they went over & above to correct the problem. Customer service is important to me & the matter was handled in the most professional manner. Their staff was always pleasant & helpful.

Staff was great!!! Only “complaint” was the selection of Bridesmaid dresses WITH sleeves I had to choose from... literally had ONE option and of course it was a new arrival, so I had to spend more money on the dress than i was looking forward too, not to mention; once it’s here I’ll have to spend another $60 to have it hemmed. Oy vey! But i guess that’s just part of the privilege of being a bridesmaid.
