I went in to David’s Bridal to shop for a prom dress for my daughter. I originally was assigned to a bridal stylist that was extremely busy. Willisa saw the frustration on my daughters face. The moment she stepped in, our whole experience changed. She went over and beyond for us. She is the true definition of Perfect Service. We found a dress and my daughter loves it.
I went to David’s Bridal and had so much help from so many different people! I was in search of a prom dress and Kelsey was a huge help. She helped me find the perfect dress, and I can’t wait to go back for my little sister’s prom to shop!
This was easily a 1 star rating when I walked in and then, MINDI! I was greeted and made to feel not welcome because I did not have an appointment. The girl on the floor for fitting was overwhelmed with trying to handle two brides, I get it, I'm in hospitality. Then, Mindi showed up and saved my day! She dedicated all of her time and attention on my Mom, Granny and me. We said yes to my dress because she was relentless about finding MY dress. She is wonderful!
Omg amazing staff super helpful. I was very frustrated when i walked in but the staff totally changed that. Aleri was freaking AWEsome ! Such great service. I was ready to give up and in tears everytime I went but today I got to ring the bell. Thanks davids bridal!!
Went in for a bridesmaid dress, was in there a total of 20 minutes from checking in to walking out. Only tried on one dress and it fit perfectly. I honestly thought it was going to be a stressful and terrible experience, but it was the opposite. It was great!
Seary helped me out and showed me some shoes. Ended up with a really pretty dress! :)
