I had a great experience today!!! Londra helped us, and she was a joy to work with. They were extremely busy when we arrived, and she was able to manage a bride she was finishing up with and us all at the same time. I said yes to the dress!!! 💙❤️💜
Cheyenne was amazing! She was so helpful with my big bridal party and was so friendly! I totally recommend coming to Paramus and asking for her!
The only reason I am giving this location 5 stars is due to Amanda the cashier that checked us out after my bridesmaids found their dresses. She was very personable, friendly, and had great customer service. After being greeted poorly by the woman that checked me in (she was very rude) and us being told that they will “see if someone is available” (mind you we made an appointment) I had a bad taste in my mouth about this location. We had such a fabulous experience and can’t say enough about the professionalism, personal care and attention to detail that our amazing bridal specialists Derick and Kate gave us. We selected many beautiful dresses to try-on, but thanks to Derick’s experience and eye for what makes each bride shine, my daughter said “Yes, to the dress” that Derick selected. Found a great dress and Hannah was so sweet!! They also were willing to work with me when I accidentally booked an hour appointment rather than an hour and a half!!
Today was perfect! Found both bridesmaids dresses and my junior bridesmaids and flower girls dresses, then I said yes to mine.
I went for my Bridal Comeback appointment yesterday and had the most wonderful experience due mostly to my amazing stylist Destiny! She was so patient with me and instantly understood the vision I had for my wedding! I was nervous to commit to my dress but Destiny helped me with trying various accessories and that helped me make my final decision and say yes to the dress! ❤️ I will definitely be requesting Destiny for any follow-up appointments I make at the David’s Bridal in Hagerstown!
