Great customer service they helped me find my prom dress and did my hair a little to give me an idea on what would look good. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Unless your a rude customer because I would not want their day to be bad they are to nice
The Consultants were so helpful and understanding of a dress change. I would recommend David’s Bridal to anyone who needs to plan a wedding.
My bridal appointment was great. I showed the consultant pictures. She showed me dresses she thought I would like and would search when I liked certain aspects of a few dresses to find it all in one. She was very patient which was good because I am indecisive and it took a lot of pressure off. She even stayed after when she was supposed to get off to help.
Granted, I went in today for a themed costume dress and not something high stakes like a wedding! But I have an event coming up I had ordered a costume for and paid for it to be shipped by a certain date... only to have woken up this morning to an email saying it would arrive “sometime next week,” well after I needed it! With less than 48 hours to throw something together, I frantically googled any kind of dress that would be close enough, ended up at David’s Bridal, and not only was Lemmy super helpful but knew exactly what... read more
I had an amazing time today and said yes to the dress! I forgot the name of my consultant but she was amazing and made me feel confident and comfortable since I am a heavier set woman and helped pick the BEST dress for me!
