David’s Bridal was great in helping our bridal party. The wedding I’m in had to be moved up from June to March and we had yet to find bridesmaid dresses. David’s Bridal helped the bride find a lovely dress that happened to be in stock in every size we needed. They then made sure that almost every bridesmaid received their dress in the mail on time since a lot of us our coming in from out of town so we could have them altered if needed. Ruva was amazing. I was nervous because I'm a big girl but she made me feel so comfortable and I loved the selections she picked for me. Overall it was a great experience!
The people were amazing. I get very comfortable with my consultants and even the customers were amazing. I was looking for a prom dress today and had $200 in my pocket. The dress I loved was $220 and they offered to hold it until tomorrow only and I knew I couldn’t drive there because Manitowoc is an hour away. (Note: their selection was kinda picked out and they didn’t have my size...). But, I loved this dress... so much. I have to say I never liked David's Bridal, because of a bad experience at the Long Beach store long long ago. But this past Saturday 3/17/18, I had the BEST experience in customer service, I have had in a long time at the Costa Mesa store. Manager Anna and Stylist Danielle ARE JUST AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL WOMEN!!! They went above and beyond for me once they found out I lost out on my wedding dress due to unforeseen circumstances. I'm getting married in June of this year. My daughter and I went in looking for dresses for both of us. I had something very specific in mind. My body type doesn't agree with what I envisioned. Deanna did an amazing job trying to find what I was in search of. Another associate stopped a couple times to check in as she works more on the bridal side and Deanna is more bridesmaid side.
