When I walked in the staff made me feel like I was their first priority, and as I tried on, found and had my dress alterated I felt like a princess the whole time.
It was all that I'd dreamed my wedding dress consultation went amazing and the staff made me feel super special. Keri was the best and most importantly I said yes to the dress ❤️💃😍
Had a great experience here from start to finish. Justin was an excellent assistant when I was picking my dress, and very patient with the fact that I had no idea what I wanted when I came in. Left that day having ordered the perfect dress. Brought it back for alterations, and Birdi was so helpful, and especially kind when I had to reschedule due to a death in the family that had me out of town for my original fitting appointment. Picked it up today and everything was amazing. Very happy.
I walked in to this store without an appointment. I had been to another location and didn’t have a great experience, and was hoping to just look around to see what this location had different than the last. I walked in, and was greeted. The lady at the counter set me up with a consultant, and we pulled dresses. The first dress I tried on, I knew was the one, but I wanted to try on the others just to try them on. My consultant, Sydny, was amazing and attentive. She took everything I wanted into consideration and broughy me several great gowns. She brought a few I thought I would hate but ended up looking amazing. Most of all, I didnt feel pressured to buy a dress just yet. Simply amazing!
I had been to 4 others shops and was disappointed, I went to David’s Bridal in Springfield and Melissa helped me find what I was looking for and helped me create it even further. Together we made the look perfect for what I’m doing. My wedding will be at a raceway the morning before my fiancé races his dragster and I will wear the most beautiful dress all day, while refueling the car, checking tires and any necessary adjustments needed.
