The lady who helped me was very nice. When it comes to customer service she had it. But your dresses are so over priced. It could just be me. Your dressed up lace belts are crazy expensive. This was the first time I was allowed to walk around and look last time I had to circle what I wanted in a book.

You all did a great good! My wife loved everything about the experience. As soon as she walked in all the staff that worked with her were very helpful and accommodating. Megan was especially helpful and went above and beyond what we expected someone to do for us. I have a last minute red carpet event in less than 5 days! I went in last night and it only took an hr and a few dresses to try on before I found the one I needed! Ashley G was awesome! I went to pick up my dress and shoes today and everyone was very helpful! I’ll definitely be back!
I have always had a great experience at this location. First experience was when I was maid of honor in my best friends wedding 2 years ago. Sadly, my best friend passed unexpectedly 3 months before her wedding. Even though my dress had been ordered they refunded my money since I obviously no longer needed or even wanted to see the dress. They did so with respect and with no questions asked. This year my little sister is getting married and we purchased her dress here as well as my daughters dress. They lady Kara was a joy to work with she helped me pick the perfect dress. I honestly didn’t think I would find the perfect dress but she was extremely helpful and attentive. She was hilarious and definitely knew what I was looking for even if I didn’t. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who goes to David’s bridal in independence.
