Finding my dress was amazing, staff all helpful and made the experience more meaningful. I will say I feel like they sell you a bigger dress just get alteration. Also when ordering my girls dresses was first told could not be ordered in time, a month later was told of course you can order them now that you have stressed for a month.

I went in and I wasn’t expecting to find a dress and I fell in love with one. My consultant Cynthia was amazing! She totally had the same humor as me and made me feel super comfortable concidering I was a nervous wreck. And I found a dress total opposite of what I was expecting to get and I loved it. Didn’t feel rushed at all. She really took her time. Let me browse and find the perfect dress. Will definitely go back for my Maids!

I loved the woman who helped me try on dresses. I unfortunately don't remember her name, I am horrible with names. I remember what she looked like though. She had black hair, African-American, wears glasses, super sweet, and I see her there helping the brides and bridesmaid try on dresses all the time. Thank you to her for helping me on my journey! I had the experience I always dreamed of. Waited many years on a long hard road to finally do this. I visited this location this past Sunday, March 11th, and had an Absolutely wonderful experience. I set up an appointment online for my bridesmaids and my consultant given was Marguerite. I called for a appointment the day before , I needed a formal dress, I didnt want to spend moré than a $100. Took us 10 minutes to wait And check in . The girl Rachel helped us she Was nice asked us what we were looking for size etc .... So a 5 for her costumer service .. I Was basically looking for clearace, sale stuff.
