I had alterations by JoJo for one bridesmaids dress and Debbie helped me find the perfect size for another dress. Both were so helpful and cordial! Between the two processes in an out pretty quick!

My daughter bought her wedding dress here and the saving grace of this store is their head seamstress BIRDI! Their general staff is disorganized, do the bare minimum in customer service, and seem in general untrained. But we found her dress so we bought it. When it was time for alterations we were gracefully put into the hands of BIRDI. There’s not enough words to describe her supreme customer service. Was just there with a bride to find a bridesmaid dress. Although it was a Saturday and very packed, Danielle took care of us very well! We had a decent amount of freedom to pull and try on what we wanted, but she also helped to guide us and was more than willing to grab styles and sizes we needed! We did end up purchasing a gown. Danielle went above and beyond and was a great consultant to work with!
