At first when I got there they were really busy I didn't have an appointment. but wanted to look around they found me an associate quickly. I tried two dresses I didn't really like and the associate was helping me ended up not feeling well. Megan the operations manager stepped right in and was amazing . I came in today to find "my dress" and Ariel helped me do just that!!! She was awesome and helped me the whole way and I found THE PERFECT dress for me!! I was a walk in today (a Saturday) at the Murfreesboro location. I originally went in just to find a junior bridesmaid dress for my daughter, and ended up finding my dress, a JB dress, and a flower girl dress! Laura helped me, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about subtle changes I could make to my dress to make it perfect.
