I know for a sunday it’s crowded but there was no interaction with me, the bride, & barely with my bridesmaids. another associate had to help us & i didn’t realize the young lady that was supposed to help me walked off until someone else took care of us. the lady at the front desk was frantic & yelling over the intercom. very very very unorganized. should probably try to organize a little better knowing the weekends will be busy.

David's bridal was a perfect place to get my bridal gown, therfore, I found it necessary to go for my bridesmaids as well. I booked late November, early December for an appointment in mid-February. When we got there, it was extremely busy (which was no fault of their own). We were told to pick out dresses & that our consultant would be with us shortly. My experience at David’s Bridal in Hamilton was very mixed. My group and I were shopping for bridesmaid dresses and were practically left on our own to look at styles. Our consultant basically just ran the styles to the change room and got us new sizes as needed. There was no real help or offering of suggestions for styles which was fine as the bride had an idea of what she wanted.
