It was okay. I got my dress fast the lady who assisted me was pretty helpful at trying to make me try different dresses. I bought it and one staff noticed there was makeup all over inside from someone who previously tried it on, the lady who helped me told them to get s new one for me and also steam it because it was wrinkled. Upon looking at my dress after we got home they still gave me the one with the stains. Went back and they gave me a new one and didn’t steam it. Luckily we noticed before the big day !

I have to say I was very disappointed the first 2 times I went to have my dress altered here. But after the 2nd time ,and leaving a very upset review I received a call from Sarah the alterations manager . She was very sorry for my experience and wanted me to come back in so they could look at the dress and try to make it right. When i went in for the 3rd time i wasnt expecting anything great to come out of the appointment. But Sarah was so nice and wanted to make my dress the dress I have always wanted ,I was quit happy. Stopped in just to look to see what was out there for Motber of the Bride dresses. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Tried on three dresses and found "the one"! Easy process. Thanks David's in Danbury.
