Today I had my second appointment with Silvia. She helped me with my wedding dress last year, this year it was for my bridal party! She was beyond attentive, knew everything about dresses, and was so supportive. Both appointments were very smooth. I can’t say enough about her serivice and knowledge.
I went with my mom, MOH and future Mother in law. We worked with Aimee and she is absolutely amazing! I explained and showed her my ideas and she found the perfect dress! One I didn’t think I’d want but it was perfect. My only complaint was it was alittle crowded because myself and another bride were directly next to each other and it was alittle much. Other then that it was a blast!

I went in today (completely unaware they are appointments only now) and, was treated great! The girl at the check in counter entered me in the system and said I can look around but, may have to wait for a room. I was there for a special occasion gown so, I was completely fine with this. I didn’t need the attention that a bride and her party needed. I was grateful they let me look around and work around them. Victoria was awesome! So loved the customer service. Prices were pretty great too!
RecommendedAddison was a blessing today to the bridal party of Lisa Herbaugh. She’s very friendly, fun and helpful. My daughters appointment was never confirmed but the lady at the front desk was able to work us in with Addison! Both ladies should congratulated for their outstanding customer service!
