This past Saturday my daughter, 3 of her wedding party and myself worked with Katie through our 1st attempt at finding a wedding dress. Katie was fabulous! Very professional and personal. She focused on my daughter, listened and answered every question we had. Her suggestions were spot on and she was attentive to all of our concerns of finding the exact dress. I highly recommend you ask for Katie when visiting the Cool Springs location.
I walked in around 12:30 this afternoon without an appointment and Chayna was my consultant. Not only did I find my dress, but it was the second dress I tried on and she was amazing! So professional and so real. The rest of the staff was also great!
I had a great time picking out my dress and Lisa Nicole did a great job. I didn't feel rushed and she kept my dress in my price range.
