We visited on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. We were greeted at the door by Cassandra who helped us find the perfect first communion dress for our daughter. The whole experience was easy and friendly.

Went to get a junior prom gown for my daughter with no appointment. We didn’t have a consultant help us pick gowns, so amid the voluminous gowns we were carrying & exhaustion waiting for a dressing room, Catherine B, saw us & took care of us. Catherine was great and very attentive, not pushy (which I love!) gave us styling options with the gown & most importantly she made my daughter feel special! David's Bridal is reminiscent of a department store in its construction and atmosphere. It has a wide variety of dresses and styles, but some of the sample dresses were in smaller sizes that I was unable to try on. The employee named Erin who was assisting me was very friendly and asked insightful questions. The walls of the dressing room were very dirty from people touching the walls, which was a big turn-off, and the chairs provided for guests were blown out with cracked cushions that desperately needed replacements.
