I had my first alteration appointment today with Sonia and she was amazing! She made sure that I was always comfortable and even fanned me when I got too hot from my dress. She did everything I wanted and more and was very knowledgeable. Fair warning - it’s pricey. My ONLY complaint would be that the back of the store where they do alterations needs some air flow DESPERATELY. I was sweating for an hour and a half in my dress because it was entirely too warm in the back of the store for alterations. I truly think installing ... read more
Went in search of a prom dress with my daughter. We had the best customer service and a nice selection. We had been to 3 other stores and had almost given up on finding her an emerald dress. Not only did she find a beautiful gown, it was less than half the price of a similar dress at a similar store!
Over the past month, my daughter not only found the wedding gown of her dreams (thank to Emily @ Tyler, TX S. Broadway) but I found the most flattering Mother of the Bride's dress in Austin, TX (thanks to Ariel)!!!!!!!!!!!I have never been treated with such positive, encouraging young ladies. My daughter lives in Florida and I live in Little Rock. It was very important for us to share the experience of her choosing the perfect wedding dress. Since she would only be in town for a day and a half, I had scheduled as many appointments as I could at different bridal boutiques to be sure she would find her perfect dress.
