I’ll be honest, I didn’t go in with high expectations, I just knew I needed a dress ASAP and David’s could do that. However, my consultant nailed it! Picked out the perfect dress. Alterations were friendly and informative. It’s been a really great experience all around. It’s not a high-end boutique, but for a chain bridal store, it really was a lovely experience. Pick Bri at Cool Springs. If she's busy, just pick COOL SPRINGS! I wasn't thrilled about wedding shopping. I'm not fond of flowers on dresses, tulle, or lace. Not to mention, I'm a curvy girl and I was staying towards the clearance dresses -- even less options..... I thought. So, I attacked wedding shopping like I do work --- with a plan. My mom and I went yesterday mykela my bridal consultant. Was absolutely amazing!! She had me try on at Least 10 dresses of all different kinds so I could cross out the ones I didn't like.... I had a wonderful experience. I would suggest everyone to request mykela. She was absolutely the best!!!
Came here as the maid of honor helping my sister try on wedding dresses. A big thank you to Robin who helped her tremendously. She made everyone feel comfortable and made my sister feel so beautiful. I’m hoping and praying robin is still there when I get married!!!!
Karen, I think, was our helper. She was kind, helpful. Not pushy. She even lovingly changed my daughter's mind to the dress that she now loves. A dress she would have never tried on. Very happy

Come early so you get undivided attention, the girls are pleasant and friendly!!! The selection is pretty good, the only problem is we couldn’t find a burgundy bride’s maid dress💕
I was a walk-in,a few hours before closing. One of the employees who was working the desk jumped right in to help me try on and find my perfect dress!! Tracy! She was absolutely amazing. So helpful and really helped create my own dress! I made an appointment to come back again and made sure she would be there!
