My five stars are for Jennifer in alterations. She is so personable and makes you feel so understood. She made me feel important when others didn’t. I purchased a dress that was too large when it came in due to some weight loss and was so helpful. She asked me to return in a month with the dress to see if I should exchange it for the next size down or just alter it. Amazing experience!David's has every size and style to make each and every bride feel beautiful. They have a wide selection and also have amazing pieces to help make the dress look even better (fitted corsets/bra, belts, shoes, hair pieces, add on sleeves, etc etc!). Fallon was absolutely incredible! I feel like she could read me right away, knew how to tweak a dress to make me love it more (by adding or taking away things), she was extremely patient and really paid attention to my vision! The people there were great and a big help. I was looking at a dress from the app and then I had found it in the store and they were very helpful with helping me to try it on so I could see how it would look and I fell in love with it!
Robyn was the best bridal consultant ever. I had an amazing experience with her although she did try to keep me away from a particular dress i still manage to get that dress I fell in love with in the beginning_ Thank you for everything you go gurl!!!!!!!
First time going anywhere to try on dresses and was overwhelmed by all the choices I had but surprisingly wasn't as difficult as I thought. They let me look through the dresses and pick which ones I'd like to try on and then they gave me my privacy and was right there waiting to help me when I was ready to come out.
