I had a great experience at David's Bridal! Attentive sales associate and overall a great experience. I was one-on-one with the seller. My sales associate also went out of her way to help me get a dress that fit. The dress I had wanted was a size too big and would have needed a lot of alterations. I had my first appointment last week. Courtney was my consult. I was all over place with what I wanted. I tried on 7 wedding dresses each with a different style and feel (A-line, Ball Gown, Mermaid....) She was very patient and accommodating and anwsered each and every question I had. Although I had selected a few favorites nothing felt quite perfect. I went back in today and worked with Parker. He was just as detailed and helpful as my 1st consult. Worked with Frankie tonight for a Bridal appointment and it was a wonderful experience. She was kind, knowledgeable and supportive. She helped me pick out 5 different dresses to try on and helped me get into them and even let me try on some dresses more than once. She didn't pressure me into making a purchase today (which I really appreciated). It was an all around great experience and even thought I didn't purchase today I will probably be back with some family and friends to make a purchase!
First time ever trying on wedding dresses and I had an amazing experience with Monique and Sandra. Monique worked with the little detail I gave her on what I liked and somehow managed to pick the dress and I fell in love with it. Joanna was very helpful and understanding of what I wanted in a dress! She was very patient with the amount of dresses I tried on. Overall she was awesome to work with! The Greenwood location was very laid back and very organized. I would highly recommend future brides to visit David’s Bridal!
