I had two other appointments before heading to David's Bridal. The first was ok, the second was a hot mess, and then there was David's Bridal... It was such a wonderful experience! They were very busy, but I never felt neglected like I did in the previous store. Clair was delightful to work with. She helped me in and out of all the dresses I tried on, asked me lots of questions, and truly listened to my answers. She helped me find my perfect dress! I took my daughters here to find prom and class night dresses. The ladies were very supportive and not pushy. They gave the girls their space but were available for any questions. Thank you for a great experience!
I went in without an appointment to look at mother of the bride dresses. My best friend went with me to help look and we picked out a few dresses The place was packed and so busy I didn’t know if I would be able to get a fitting room Consultant Elaine saw me standing there and asked if I needed anything. I love Gretchen! I actually traveled all the way back to Richfield versus the Maple Grove one because of her fabulousness!
I went in thinking I knew what I wanted to try and what I wanted to stray away from. Hannah was an absolute doll at picking dresses for me to try on. She was great at making me feel like a bride! I even tried on dresses that I thought I wanted to stray away from! In the end I said yes to the dress that was not the what I thought I wanted!
