I loved My experience at David’s Bridal in Canton! All because of Tracy. She was super friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. She really paid attention to what details and styles I liked. I couldn’t ask for a better stylist. She ended up picking my favorite dress of the day! Everyone should request her!
The girl who helped me was very patient. I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding that is out of state and the bride wanted all of us to have the same color but different dresses so she had to look up which dresses they ordered so I didn’t get the same one. I had dresses picked out that I wanted to try on from looking at the website. And she found all of them for me and was sure to check in to make sure everything was OK. I went looking for a bridal dress and a dress for my step daughter. Jenny was FANTASTIC!! She made us feel right at home and we found exactly what we were looking for. The only thing I would change is that they are in desperate need of a larger store!! There were so many people it just felt crowded. There were people in my appointment commenting that I didn't bring along in my party. I felt it did take away a little bit. But thank you Jenny you get 6⭐'s in my book!!!
Started off at David's to get an idea on weddings dresses, was a little concerned after reading the previous reviews and let me tell you they were wrong. I went to my first appointment and had Kristy as my stylist, I'd just like to say she was amazing! Helped me try on wedding dresses and listened to what I like and disliked about them. Had a really easy time trying on dresses today. I showed the consultant a few photos that I had saved from their website and she pulled a few of them but we had some time to look through the racks before the rest of my party showed up and saw a shorter dress than and decided to add that to the dresses she pulled out. And it became 'the one' after I tried the other 3 first! Veronica was such great help at the Ontario store! I highly recommend her! Thanks again for all your help!
We went to our appointment knowing the young lady I was with could only afford one of the $99.00 dresses. We expected to be shuffled off because of this. Nina treated her like she was buying an expensive dress. She helped her find dresses. Fitted her and made her feel like a princess. She even was able to ring the bell. Thank you so much for treating every bride special.
