This was an absolutely AMAZING experience. We came in as a walk in with no appointment and with only a little explanation, our consultant, Nicole, was able to pull exactly what we were dreaming about. The first ball gown she pulled checked all of my boxes, and gave her the perfect idea for the next dress she pulled, which was my dress. It’s absolutely stunning and everything I had dreamed of. I've been here multiple times either with the bride, as the bridesmaid, and now as the bride and every time has been an excellent experience. Everyone is very nice, it's clean, and well priced.
A big thank you and shout out to Amanda Kratzer. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I was very nervous but she immediately made me feel as if I had known her forever. She asked my permission to pick out a few dresses after asking me a few questions. The first dress I tried on was one I thought I liked, definitely not my dress. THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you to Susanna who was super helpful and so very nice during the process of trying on dresses. You were professional and kind and put me at ease. I appreciated having you as my stylist. THE ALTERATION PROCESS WAS 1 STAR. I got there they were very pushy and quick with the process. I didn't feel they listened to me when I was asking for help. They pinned everything up then told me the alterations were over $200. I went ahead and had them do alterations.
