I had a great experience, the first time I went in October to find my wedding dress. However, I just went back on 12/27 to find bridesmaid dresses and the experience was just ok. The sales person was not very helpful in pulling dresses or making suggestions. She had too many other clients she was helping, leaving little time for her to help my party.
