I went to David's Bridal this week to try on wedding dresses for the first time. I honestly never expected to find my wedding dress on the first visit, but with the help of an amazing team, I did! My David's Bridal wedding stylist Derrick was so helpful and really knew what I needed even before I did! By the third dress, I had found my dream gown! Who knew it would be that easy?! I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal. Chareese Hayes helped me in and out of the dresses and I absolutely loved her. I was a little nervous as it was my first time ever dress shopping but she joked around and made it fun. The team at David's Bridal did a fantastic job when I was deciding between dresses and led me to my choice. I couldn't love my wedding dress more. Thank you!

I had the best experience at David's Bridal in Madison, MS. Susan was a wonderful consultant. She was very patient and calming. Also, the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome!

Poor customer service in the alterations department. I do not recommend using this dept. The next time I need a dress altered I will absolutely use somewhere else.

Tara was our consultant today when trying to pick out my daughter's prom dress. I have to say... this was quite possibly one of the BEST experiences ever! I've had some anxiety about it -- however, Tara made sure to put us at ease. She took my daughter's likes and helped us find the perfect dress! I highly recommend her and am very appreciative of her help!
